HIV MAYOR.....
The results of the mayoral poll can be found
on the left.
It was a landslide victory to Digga, with
Lisa and Boner filling in the minor places.
However, due to Digga putting in a "no show"
at the presentation evening (R^n CCXXVII), the award went to second place getter.....Lisa!!
And what an award it was. Being the Mayor of North Boulder-Boulder
at HIV entitles to recipient to immunity from all charges made at the circle through until New Year's Day 2008, provided the
ceremonial chain is being worn. Furthmore, the recipient can pass on any charges received at the circle to a Hasher of his
choice.
See what you missed out on Digga.
At HIV, you have to be willing to play the game at all times.
NEXT OFFSHORE R#N.....
The results to the couple of polls run over the last few
months are posted on the Old Bulletins page.
Thanks to all those who went to the effort of registering their interest,
especially the cunts who voted not to have one (pity you lost).
It seems, however, that with Interhash around the corner, and a fair
bit of travel already done this year, interest in having another travelling bash is waning.
So for now, the 3rd HIV Offshore R^n will
have to wait.
Lisa has nominated us to host one of the
r#ns for the next Pan-Asia in 2009 in Angeles City, Philippines. This is an excellent idea for all of us to cut sick
under the pretenses of doing our Hashing duty.
MORE ON HABERDASH.....
Well, the HIV Winter Fleecies
have sold out.
Due to the popularity of these jumpers, another limited order
will be arranged.
However, seeing as the warmer weather is now with us, there won't be
a rush.
A new stock of embroidered berets has arrived
and is now available.
The berets will cost $30 each, which
includes the shit-hot embroidery on the front and side.
If you are after a beret, then don't wait too long as these will not
last!!
